Processing/Shipping

We ship orders Monday-Friday. (No weekends or holidays) 

Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately it may vary. 

Due to worldwide issues items may be but not subject to delay therefore allow 2-4 extra business days for shipping time. Thank you for your patience!

Note: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been placed. If you have not received tracking number email us at rw@randrhumblecreations.com

 Damages/Lost Packages

We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out R&R Humble Creations is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at -  rw@randrhumblecreations.com  If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file. 

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and we will invoice you the small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.

NIS ITEMS: If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!

PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder items arrives in our warehouse.
