Return policy

 We hope you love your R&R Humble Creations pieces, each handmade and designed by New Mexican artisans. If you receive your package and find it does not meet your needs, please follow our return process to receive a full refund.

Your order is shipped with a Packing Slip indicating specifics of the sale. If you choose to return the product, we simply ask that you indicate the reason on the Packing Slip and return within 15 days of receiving the order. Returned items must arrive in their original condition for a full refund and all sale items are final sale.

When the returned item is received, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs associated with the order cannot be refunded.
